On March 13, 2024, a working meeting of representatives of Ukrainian, Polish and French universities regarding the participation of Ukrainian higher education institutions in the European University Alliances as full partners was held in Strasbourg. The delegation from Ukraine consisted of representatives of 14 leading Ukrainian universities. Ostroh Academy was represented by the vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work, prof. Dmytro Shevchuk. The development experience of European University Alliances (Euniwell, Sea-EU, EC2U, ENHANCE, CIVICA) was presented during the meeting. New instruments of support for higher education in Ukraine from the European Union were discussed. Based on the meeting results, an appeal to the European Commission was prepared. In addition, a delegation of representatives of Ukrainian and Polish universities visited the European Parliament.
