On December 8, 2023, the VI International Conference on “Global and Regional Challenges” took place. The conference was organized by the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (Poland), the National University “Ostroh Academy” (Ukraine), and the Institute of Central Europe (Poland).

Researchers from Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine, Nigeria, Turkey, Italy, Mexico, Kenya, and Botswana delivered their presentations during the conference.

Vitaliy Lebedyuk presented on “Political Dynamics in Ukraine After the Full-Scale Invasion by Russia,” and Dmitry Shevchuk discussed “Trust and Distrust in European Democracies and New Forms of Legitimacy” during the conference.
